I called in to pay my storage and Rose Joie was very respectful and understanding I really appreciate her service.! I also called on 2/22/24 and I talked to Irene and she was very very helpful and even gave my my log in so that I can pay my storage and not have to pay a whole extra 10 dollars so I really appreciate that I would recommend this storage to anybody !

DO NOT USE. Rent increase every 2 months with no warnings. Gates are usually broken. When they finally replaced the gates, it opens at an unsafe an awkward positioning where it can easily hit your car. Awful since new owners took over. I've been in the process of clearing out to find a more reliable unit. DO NOT USE!!!

Radiant Storage has gone down. The gates are open which means anybody has access to your property. I live in Texas and I have had this storage unit for 3+ years and it has gotten worst year by year. Today I had someone check my unit and someone has taken my lock off and replaced it with another. I will be move my property asap.

We do increase rent occasionally as per the lease, but this is always only done after a 30 day notice is provided. We do not raise rent every two months.
