        Runnnnnn for the hills! I used this company last year and they are the worst! The lady in the office was very uncaring wen it came to my situation. You could tell that they are willing to go above and beyond for "most" customers and not so much for "others". Even the district manager seems to be a complete jerk. He stopped by while I was in and boy was he a kicker! I see why the local staff is uncaring; heck, he doesn't care about them! They are seasonal workers that get HIM BONUSES! He is such a jerk and talks to people very nasty. Do NOT use this company.

        I loved the customer service they make you feel like you are family. Jessica Jacks was my tax preparer and she worked very diligently on my taxes. I had not filed in three years so mine took a little bit more time to do, but she just very patiently continued to help me from start to finish. I will definitely be back next year!!!
