Aerie Store

Awful customer service. We asked for an item to be shipped to my residency but the cashier put the wrong address and submitted the prompt. We noticed it would no longer be going to the correct location so we tried to get this fixed, but the store puts a 1 hour limit on undoing a purchase. We called customer service and were on hold for 30 minutes and the person was no help either. Eventually the manager tried to call them (which makes no sense as they could have just helped us with a refund right away) and they said there was nothing to do and the time had expired. Pretty much wasted time until there was nothing more we could do. Our last hope is to say no item was delivered and get money back but they said this isnt guaranteed (knowing them we definitely wont get money back). Pretty much spent money on nothing and got no help for being scammed. Save yourself time and money. DO NOT COME HERE

Manager was super friendly and helped me find everything I was looking for even though it was busy. Store was very neat. I will be shopping there again!!
