        Jacob Leake and his Allstate team are absolutely the best by far. He helps me review my policies at renewal to ensure Im getting the best coverage at the best premiums. He personally helped me get through a difficult claim.

        This was the worst insurance experience that I have ever had. From the very beginning when they set up the wrong bank account to draw my payments from. They offer zero flexibility in payment terms. I will be happy to be back at USAA.

        This has been my agency for home and auto since 2015. Zero complaints. I recently purchased a new car and they added it to my policy and emailed it to me while I was still at the dealer - super fast. Definitely recommend.
