        Car was available on my arrival. Friendly service. I was able to change my choice in vehicle (due to snowy weather) with no wait. I will definitely use Avis again for my next trip.

        Unlike some of the other Anchorage airport car rental companies, this Avis outlet was happy to hold a 4WD with an engine block heater for us since we were driving to Fairbanks in temps well below zero at the start of February. It was about zero that night at even the Anchorage airport. The vehicle did great and the price was very fair for a 4Runner with block heater. The people when we picked it up were friendly. I'd rent here again.
