Tesla, was and is very responsive. I called and spoke with Dan and explained the the situation that I was in, due to last minute changes. Dan assured me, that they could do the job in the time frame that was needed. Dan was onsite the same day for a site visit, and they started the work on Monday. This company is a breeze to work with. Ordering our fan on the Home Depot website, we chose tech support & was contacted by Dan the very next day to schedule installation. Installation was handled in a highly professional manner - timely, quality work (& with a smile as well). Service: Fan repair

Hired them to install two outdoor outlets directly adjacent to the breaker box. The work was first rate, the technician fast and professional. The tech called as he prepared to drive to my location and from that call until I called to verify the job was done was less than 2 hours. However the bill presented several days later was for 3.5 hours labor. The explanation was the hours were required to go shopping for the parts required for the job. They charged me more than full retail price for the parts as well as nearly double the labor for the job. $838.70 was the total charged to install two outdoor outlets. I recommend against doing business with them. Attempts to negotiate the labor fee were fruitless with Dan at Tesla Electric. Service: General construction
