I started work with GLW last year, with the late Gary Witte before his tragic death. He was a kind, wonderful person. I was basically cold calling down the yellow pages, and couldn't get the time of day from 4 previous calls regarding my septic replacement (engineering portion was incredibly tricky due to my property layout). Gary stopped working on whatever was in front of him, and talked through everything I needed to get the job done. He was careful with his explanation; I don't replace septic systems for a living. When he did his survey, we talked for what seemed like an hour. After he passed away with his wife, I was terribly heartbroken. I've had to bury both of my parents, and it honestly felt horrible, knowing God took two more wonderful parents out of this world. After a few weeks, Rachel explained that Gary Jr. intended to at least finish the work, so I didn't think about shopping around. The work was just completed, and I have to say that I'm extremely happy that this long project has finished, and so professionally. I understand that this complicated job wasn't an easy task, yet this family business overcame a terrible tragedy while delivering old school Mom and Pop customer service that is very uncommon today. I'd recommend their service to anyone.
