5-Stars across the board for Glass Doctor of Anchorage! Had a broken living room window that needed swift replacement. Called each of the Vendors Google listed, yet each had a two-week window before an appointment could be provided. Upon calling Andrew at Glass Doctor, I received an appointment the very next day, a measurement of my window was accomplished, affordable quote provided, and window was replaced in top form and fashion, within 2-business days. Going forward, Glass Door will be at the top of my list of Vendors whenever I need a window replaced. Glass Doctor was quick , professional, and friendly. He patiently explained the whole repair process to my very curious kids. Five stars. Hopefully we wont have to use again too soon but if we ever have another Jedi accident with one of our windows well know who to call!

Andrew at the Glass Doc was just great. We had a kid break our large window the weekend of Christmas. Not only we he ACTUALLY answer the phone, but I got to speak with him and not just receptionist. He was very helpful and very clear with our options and gave us a soft estimate. We called around several places and he was the best to talk with on the phone, the best at answering, BEST prices, best scheduling time, and very fast installing. He was more than half the price of other places and we were quoted 16 weeks of waiting for glass where his was 2 weeks (only because it was the holiday and his supplies were closed for the whole week). We will use Glass Doc again in a heartbeat. Honestly we were frustrated with some of the other window places. Dealt with rude receptionists, crazy prices, longs wait times, and no explanations.
