Qupqugiaq Inn

Currently staying for an extended period and the front desk staff is excellent! They had no problem extending my stay and I would recommend this to anyone who want no frills and good customer service. Noteworthy details: Down home friendly vibe.

I've stayed here at this hotel many of times each and every time I've stayed here it's been pleasant. Quiet really nice. It's a ways from town, but still it's more affordable than these high dollars hotels. It's in a unique type of hotel. I will continue staying here. Every time I come to Anchorage I give it a 5 star. The day service is good the evening service. Well it's about a 3 star rating Rooms: The rooms are nice. They're small, cozy. The beds are nice. Covers are new. Looks like they take care of their building and their rooms. I give it a 5 star Safety: This place has so many security cameras. It's hard to do something without being seen or caught. It has key entry locks. You have to have a key to get into the office from the back side. It's off the main road. Hard to get to in the winter because of where they plow the snow but it is a safe and secure place to rent for the night Noteworthy details: Even though some of the rooms are shared bathrooms, they're clean. Very clean. Towels are put out on your bed. Rooms are clean TV. I was fortunate enough to have a private shower. Very unusual and unique. It was clean. This place is always clean on the inside. They've done some remodeling and now they're repainting it

The place looks ALOT better than years past the staff was very attentive and the manager made himself available for any requests and was a joy to work with. Ill definitely stay again.
