        BEWARE OF GETTING THE FRED MEYERS JEWELERS CARD!!! The biggest incentive to me was that I could buy a ring for $3,000, then down the road I could upgrade the ring with 100% of that $3,000 going towards the next ring and I owe the difference. Well to my surprise my account was closed with no notice and with no balance owed at all, now I can not take advantage of that offer even if I wanted to. DISAPPOINTED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT.
