Re/Max Dynamic Properties: Jim Standiford

Jim is a wonderful real estate agent and just overall great guy. My wife and I purchased our first home earlier this year. Being our first foray into the home buying process there were a lot of unknowns which were only made worse by the crazy housing market we are in. But looking back Im so glad that we had Jim along with us for the ride, as having a very experienced realtor with a practical mindset really helped ground us and keep us focused through out the process. Jims extensive knowledge and scrutinous eye, really helped us feel confident that we were purchasing a home with value instead of a problem house with a fresh coat of paint. We did find our dream home and I know that Jim was an instrumental part in making it happen. I would definitely recommend him, hes a great guy and I can t say enough.

Jim was recommended to me from a friend. I am fortunate to have found him as a real estate agent and a new friend. He knows his profession so well and is thoughtful of all things considered in this process. Started with a get to know ya consult to build a profile and TBH it took a long time to find what I was looking for at my price point, but he took all the parts of my life that checks all my boxes. Even more important, finding the fit for the bigger picture, long term resell-able/rent-able future when life will inevitably change. Jim talked me out of houses more than he talked me into houses. I wasnt ever SOLD a house. Jim brought value, wisdom, thoughtfulness and careful consideration into each place for me as a buyer. He wont stop ya, but he will def let ya know if your making an irrational choice that isnt based on your first consult of goals, needs, and wants. Hell put it all into consideration. Hell help you find what your looking for and identify things you might not have considered. 11/10. Ill be recommending him to my inner circle as a realtor.

I cannot speak highly enough of Jim Standiford as our real estate agent. His professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity, and demanding work ethics are very much appreciated and respected. He is meticulous, honest, good with people and has a knack for matching the buyer with the right property for them. He knew what we were looking for and did not make us waste time on offers not relevant. His responsiveness and communication not only helped with the coordination of the transaction, but also made us feel comfortable and secure. He took extra steps to be more helpful than he had to be and made what could have been a stressful and complicated process as seamless as could be. Jim really listened, cares passionately about his job and his calming manner worked wonders for us. I would highly recommend him to whoever is looking to buy or sell a home.

Jim is fantastic! Five years ago, I bought a property with him. Because that transaction went so smoothly, I definitely called on him once again to sell it. He handled it all, including working with my tenant. You can absolutely put your faith and trust in his expertise and guidance. Jim puts you first, attends to every detail, and is always readily available. His negotiating skills are invaluable and netted me an even better final offer. Im ecstatic with the stellar results and owe it all to Jim. He is a true gem!

We used Jim from 2019-2020 and couldn't be happier with our home purchase. Jim has one goal and one goal only. It's to put a client into the house that best fits them. During our search we looked at many houses and Jim was very honest with what he thought was right and wrong about each of them. Jim found the house that we purchased and its perfect and better yet my wife loves it. We bought at the beginning of the pandemic, which was a very interesting time and Jim was excellent with giving advice and helping us with our purchase. Our deal also fell through (our fault) and Jim helped us get back into it. We couldn't more highly recommend Jim. He is a true gem of a person and a great realtor.
