First impression walking in was not pleasant. The smell was so strong and there was no air flow. Fairly sure I was high as a kite when I left. The salon (if you call it that) was extremely dirty. Went off of reviews and was expecting it to be a lot different. Lighting was minimal inside and drab, spa chairs were old and peeling, open bags of snacks that have been there a while were at the front desk. Kids running around. Dusty/dirty floors and windows.Paid $65 for a new set of acrylics with powder. Was told to sit as a dirty desk (put my hands down on the desk and it was dusty). The technician(?) went right to putting the tips on my nails. No cleaning of cuticles or anything. After all was said and done, I’m looking at my nails and they’re so bumpy.Definitely would not recommend this place. Not sure they truly know what they’re doing. I also find it hard to believe that anyone in their right mind would give this place a good review. I must have high expectations and expect things to be clean and professional or Alaskans really don’t care to have those things- ugh. That or the reviews are phony baloney.

I called a few hours ahead of time but was able to get a same day appointment for a pretty intricate set of nails! The tech was SOOO careful and detailed and my nails turned out exactly as I wanted. 100% will recommend and will be back for all my future sets. Tried calling ahead of time. Got there at 6:30 for a simple touch up. Had open sign up with three people getting nails done. Told us they cant do it today. Just wish someone would answer the phone or have sign switched to close. Poor communication and would assume walk ins not welcome.

I went here with my friend. I got acrylics, full set, while he got just nails done. Everyone was amazing to work with. I will be coming back. 5 stars!!!! Services: Nail painting, Acrylic nails, Manicure
