        I bought a couple of items I told the staff I wasnt sure if I needed or not but they did not tell me about not being able to refund things. When I first went it, the staff appeared to be annoyed with helping me and answering my questions and they were very rude when it came to returning items even though they didnt work. I will never go there again.

      Hi Caitlin, if you did mention to my employee’s of your concerns of not needing these items they would have told you we don’t except returns. We have signs up and it states in your receipt no returns. I have a policy to protect all. I Sorry if you felt if my employee appeared annoyed. I did review the footage and audio I did not hear or see that statement. If you like feel free to call the store and we can chat about it. Thank you. Joe
