The lady at the Front Desk was not familiar with something easy as Federal Withholding. I put away an amount and her calculation was very, very, very off. I would recommend Turbo/H&R for correct taxes. A 4th grader could have been better at 50(2) x 12. With H&R I get over a hundred than I would have received from Bill. Her calculations ended with only a refund of 400 and with H&R not only can they do math the generously give more out of their pocket.

I cannot recommend this office for tax return filings. Bill and his two daughters are probably fine with simple or easy returns, but with more difficult ones and after the IRS asks questions or demands an audit, you will be on your own. When the IRS asks questions, they attitude is "not our problem". Bill told me to attend the meeting with the IRS auditor alone and refused to help me prepare in any way before, during, or after the meeting. I pay this office to prepare my tax returns because I am not a tax expert. There is no way they should have advised to me meet with the auditor alone and with no advice or preparation. But after they prepare a tax return and collect payment, that is the end of their perceived responsibility in the matter. AND this is completely wrong!
