Lady that answers the phone is rude and a bitter sad person. She is very unprofessional and shouldn't be dealing with customers. Horrible service.

Called in for an estimate and the guy on the phone was very rude and unprofessional. I will never do business with them.

Poor customer service on the phone. I told him I just needed two studded tires, size 185/70 R14. It was like 20 questions after that. Finally I asked, do you have the tires or not, because other shops told me they discontinued that size. Then he says I have an attitude. Stop wasting peoples time then.

Most expensive place in town for a 18-inch tire changeover! $120 . Was out of there quickly but geez that was the most Ive ever paid for a changeover on my car.

I accidentally made an appointment with these guys, thought it was the Alaska Tire Service. Im glad I made the mistake I was pleasantly surprised. Dont mind the guys tone of voice at the front on the phone, hes actually a good guy from the vibes I felt at the place, (dont mind the tone its just a tone nothing personal, Im saying this because of the reviews below, and I didnt sense anything bad, but each to his own.) Anyhow, I sat there and felt peaceful vibes and will be back.
