        AK Waste charges $6 every time they empty a waste bin and the lid isn't completely closed, even by an inch. We never have extra bags. Canceled our subscription. Far cheaper to take it to the dump ourselves.

        I too was charged for extra bags in January and February when in fact I didnt have any. Talking to customer service amounted to nothing. Please evaluate how this is recorded because I didnt have extra bags nor did my can overflow in any fashion. Do better.

        Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Not helpful at all and if they turn you to Sammy she will be smart with you and give you little to no information on how to resolve your issue. If you can use another company I would recommend it.
