I used this apartment complex for a roleplay. My character enjoys living here. I've never set a foot in Alaska. Thanks for not really housing my character :)

Dixon is a great value for what you pay. I have lived here for over three years and have never felt unsafe. The building stays secure. Neighbors make the world of difference, but mine have always been considerate of noise. Like the other reviewer mentioned, maintenance is quick and they do a great job. It is downtown. So if you chain your bike outside the seat might get stolen. Other than having to take stuff like that into account, no problems.

Excellent value.
Compared to other apartments, was very nice for the cost.
Maintenance is handled quickly.
One year I asked for new fixtures, and got new ones.
One year I asked for new floors, and got those too.
