        Staff is friendly and follows up well before they have your business. But since I took my vehicle in, I have emailed them twice asking for some information about the service they did on my car and simply never heard back. Also, since I brought my car in, I realized I paid way too much and I should have shopped around.

        I brought in a hard to analyze problem in a 15 year old Jeep Patriot. It took a lot of trying but they figured it and dealt with it for a reasonable price.
