I recently rented a car from Alamo, Fairbanks for 3 days. We faced an issue with the car battery probably due to extreme weather conditions. Their customer support was excellent during my interaction with . My heartfelt thanks to their front desk at the Fairbanks airport for their help throughout.

I needed a last-minute reservation and had three rental car counters to pick from. Jessica at the Fairbanks, Alaska service desk was so friendly and so helpful. It made the decision easy. We ended up needing a rental car a few days later and went back to the same counter, and got the same wonderful service. Kudos to the Fairbanks, Alaska team and in particularly Jeasica who made two absolutely wonderful experiences for us!!!

Everything was great at first it was our first time in alaska! The truck worked great the whole time and then it was the morning to go to the airport and the truck wouldn't start! The hotel attendant came out to look and see what was going on with me Everything looked fine he said there's no plug in for it I said plug in what do u mean it isn't electric he said that it is supposed to have a plug to heat the oil pan and such so it doesn't Crack the engine block and it didn't! Also he said even having a blanket or something would of helped. Luckily we left early enough so that we weren't late for the flight, I let the truck sit about 20 min and it finally turned over! I told the guy at the desk after bringing it back he said oh ok! No sorry or anything! Won't rent through them again!

For starters I booked with Enterprise and from the website I was under the impression that I could come at 06:30 to pick up the car that I booked. I get to the location and the Enterprise counter is closed so I had to go to the National & Alamo counter. No one is to be seen at either counter and it is almost 08:00. The hours of operation are from 06:30 - 01:30. I will never book with either company again.
