Holy Cow! What a great realtor! I inherited property in Fairbanks but I live in California. Grace helped me take care of everything remotely, got me peoples names, services, checked in on me through a year of probate, everything. As soon as I was able to sell the property, Grace had people ready to look at the property and we closed the deal quickly and easily at a price actually higher than I expected. Grace did a fantastic job and I would use her again without hesitation.
