This pharmacy just closes in the middle of the day randomly. Youll come in to pick up your medication on a tight window and theyll be closed for a half hour or more. Costco needs to figure out its staffing so that that can remain open for the full day. Its completely unacceptable. Unfortunately my insurance wont let me use the Fred Meyer pharmacy anymore.

Absolutely awful customer service. Literally every time Ive been to pick up a prescription they cant find it and immediately blame the ordering physician. Only to find it seconds later when I INSIST that its been called in. They will also literally shut the door in your face if you line up anytime close to their 1:30-2:30 PM lunch break (I arrived at 1:10 PM) Very rude. They will also tell you a time for pickup that has never been honored.

Spent 2 hours waiting for them to fill my prescription on 2/16/23, finally gave up and called my doctor to move my prescription to Fred Meyers. Would not recommend.

I went to get my booster today but found out from Amanda who is a lady that works here that you can't get a booster shot less than 5 months out from your last covid shot due to cvc guidelines. I was disappointed that I was unable to get the booster but I am glad that Amanda told me all of this and was very helpful. Thank you for your concerns about me and my current situation Amanda.
