        I ordered a product using FedEx overnight shipping and it, not only shows up late, but my product was shaddered into pieces. These FedEx employees are the laziest people.... I don't know how stupid and lazy you have to be but if you can't even transport other people's merchandise without breaking it then perhaps you should go flip burgers instead (not that your job takes that much brain power anyways). DO YOUR JOB without breaking people's stuff.

        I had to drive around a couple of times until a parking spot opened up. There were only two people in front of me, but all the parking spots were full. Service was great and fast. The two employees at the front were hustling and had smiles.

        Thank you, Susan for keeping an eye out for our Christmas goose that was delayed in NJ, and sending to our house via courrier. Your prompt action ensured that the very expensive bird ($500) did not defrost. It was delivered still frozen, despite the shipping delay. Thanks to you, it will be a very Merry Christmas indeed!
