Needed a rental car at the last minute and they were able to not only accommodate me, but their customer service is top notch. They take the time to take pictures & a video of the vehicles condition so you don't have to. Easy in and out of their office and brand new vehicles.

I had booked my entire trip but could not find a rent-a-car in Fairbanks from the name brand companies. Found Alaska Auto after on-line search and they were great. Especially liked the pickup at the Fairbanks train station using signature on-line. Car was ready with a lock box to get the key. Drop off was also really easy in Fairbanks. SUV was in great shape only 10,000 miles on it.

Quinn is exceptionally professional and so kind. He is so nice and makes sure to give you any information you need, while serving you as quickly as possible. I highly recommend them if youre looking for a place to rent a car. they may be a little more on the pricey side, but they accept debit unlike most car rentals here in Fairbanks which is awesome!! Not everyone has a major credit card! I appreciate Quinn and his dedication and kindness!

The staff were super helpful, kind, and fun! The car was perfect for what i needed. It was clean, in perfect repair, and the staff walked through the check in with me!

I was on a vacation in Alaska and rented an SUV from Alaska Auto Rental for the drive up to Prudhoe Bay. The SUV was well equipped for driving on the gravel roads on the Dalton Highway. I would highly recommend this rental car service. I am a happy customer.
