Avis Car Rental

Juneau Avis Manager charges $250.00 cleaning fee so she don't have to work. They say you can dispute but no good. I spent over a thousand in one month and they still charged me when I cleaned before I returned.

I'm anything but a prude . . . But we walked in the door and the place reeked of marijuana. I know it is legal in Alaska and I guess that Avis doesn't care if their employees are high at work because the guy who waited on us definitely was. And we booked a car and when we got there he didn't have our reservation or a car for us, so we had to find someplace else. He was very nice and "mellow" and did make a few calls for us to see if there were any cars anyplace else that we could find. For that, I am giving the place a star and second my contact high.
