        Service team is not helpful at all. Bought my bronco in September and my FordPass stopped working this month cause the software needed updated and it wouldnt update on my car, called the 1(800)# and they told me yes it needed updated but via USB and they told me the dealer ship could do it for me. I called them and let them know what was happening and they had no idea what I was talking about. They were very dismissive over the phone and told me they are not IT, and I could figure it out myself, Super disappointing experience. Didnt have it working for the last 3 weeks and spent hours on the phone trying to fix this issue with Kendall and no actual resolution from them.

        Worst lube center in the valley......and I have 3 Fords and I don't like saying that about a dealership. It's just awful.

        Excellent service. Took a little longer to get it set up but they went above and beyond. Their valet service was so appreciated since I am recovering from a major surgery. They are a great company and helpful. Made things happen.
