Amy was a godsend...5 stars are not enough. Our situation was complicated: death in the family, out of state heirs, house was a disaster, cars with no title documentation, it was a hot mess. So much more than a simple real estate listing. Amy wasn't fazed....she reached deep into her rolodex to help us find a crew to clean up and dispose of the clutter, helped find homes for the cars, and by the time the house was FINALLY ready to list, she had buyers lined up. Trying to do all that from California would have been impossible. To say she went above and beyond would understate how essential she was to us. I can wholeheartedly recommend Amy as one of the best agents I've ever worked with. She's a true professional.

My experience with Amy Neuharth, as our realtor, has been amazing! She was there to help whenever my husband and I bought our first home and later on she helped us in the process of selling our home and trying to help us find an apartment to rent afterwards. She was patient, understanding, and kind throughout the whole process has it was hard for my husband and I to sell our home. We appreciate her for that. She is super family friendly and we have a great relationship with her outside of her being our realtor! We definitely plan to keep using her again for the future. Amy was amazing to work with, she made the process of buying our first house easy and enjoyable! She was thorough, prompt, knowledgeable and was always available if we had any questions or concerns. Our kids absolutely loved Amy when we brought them with us, she was so kind and gracious! We highly recommend her! We will be using her in the future when we are our ready to purchase our next home!

Amy showed us a total of three houses. She is upfront and honest in regards to what she sees in a house. We requested to see this house and she got us in within a day. Amy answers ALL questions PROMPTLY... even AFTER the sell. I will recommend Amy to ALL friends, associates, or acquaintances on the hunt for their new place to call home! We appreciate you Amy! You go above and beyond for your clients!
