VALLEY MACHINE/ALASKA PARTS WARHOUSE

Kept my engine for 22 MONTHS. and I finally had to have someone pick it up because it was always empty promises about sending it back. Got it back in pieces because they didnt reassemble it yet. :(

Absolutely terrible! I had dropped off a 12v Cummins to be rebuilt, they said two months, now 10 months later I have it back. Now Im missing a bunch of parts and they hardly answer the phone and have been extremely rude. Avoid at all costs!!!!!

Upwards of 3 month wait time for a valve job that Im STILL waiting on. Maybe Im wrong but this is a no go

I brought my heads to him to have them machined and I needed them asap. Like cool he was able to squeeze me in and get them done but he didn't actually listen to anything I said he didn't communicate at all like I had to call him all the time he never reached out. Then when I picked my heads up he said that none of my exhaust bolts broke off in my heads and he gave me all the bolts back as of though they all came out without a problem. It wasn't until the install that I had realized he had lied to me and there were broken off bolts in my heads. I called him and rather than offering a partial refund to make it right or offering to extract it he just said "bummer" like are you serious dud I just paid you $300 to machine my heads and you couldn't even do it properly, and you fucking lied!? I will not be back to valley machine. Nor will I recommend it to anyone who needs machine work done.
