They have been robbing me blind for almost 2 years.
1st I transfer here and the cell reception sucks. Then they advise me to spend $370 on a galaxy 14, then that bucks for over a year until it really really sucks. So then I'm advised to buy a new galaxy 15 , that was about a month ago. That thing I decide to add as a business line and keep the mint condition galaxy 14 as my personal line.
So picture this I have 2 mint condition cells and neither work.
Business would be doing great but all important calls are dropped or missed .
Especially via some encryption social media. I look so unprofessional and so many clients never receive texts and I never receive their texts or DMs.
I also have a horrible Galaxy tablet running on their humiliating network.
I personally know a top tier networker out of Chicago this POS was my best friend but we don't talk cuz he's too high and drunk. This company employes dirt bags and that's why they suck so bad. I'm at the store now venting cuz I just dropped a call on a consignment deal for an audi a10 with 35k. Well looks like I'm not restarting my wholesale business. Thanks Tmobile for all the missed calls from all my doctors so now I'm out of my meds.

Drove out of my way to go into this store to get help w buying a new s24. The sales guy could not answer a single question regarding the phone or its camera. Just kept telling me "the ultra has the best on the market, so go for that". Great, that does NOT help me with my actual question regarding the cameras function.
I asked for pricing on the three diff s24 models. Upon asking what they had available, the sales dude and the sales chick both told me to go to Best Buy instead if I wanted to pay in full and not finance. Wow. I walked in ready to spend $1500+ on a new phone and accessories. I guess this store doesn't need business

Unfortunately, you've been informed incorrectly. I asked what was available, was given prices for what was available in store to finance. I asked what the price would be to have the 512 shipped to me, paid in full, and that is when your employees suggested I purchase else where, since i wouldnt bw financing with you. I'm sure if you review the in store cameras you'll see this to be true. They even told me best buy was *better* because they wouldn't charge me a set up fee. I did end up going to best buy, and told that employee abt my interaction at tmobile. His response- "yah a lot of customers tell us they sent them here". Also, not sure what the amazon prime comments refer to, as I did not discuss accessories, nor ask for a price match. It appears your employees have been lying to you.
