T-Mobile

Very bad experience with the home internet. They wasted hours of my time to ultimately not resolve the issue. Spent hrs in the store and hrs on hold with customer service. We tried three different routers. None worked. T-mobile will make you print labels and go to the UPS store in person to return equipment. The store won't take it and they won't arrange for pick up. The UPS store isn't helpful either.

Terrible service!! I tried the internet pkg. Was told it would be $50 but got a bill for $75. When I called to find out why they service never got upwards of 50% AND why it was $75, they canceled the service (when they told me that they would research it and get back to me.) I called again and once again was told they would research it and get back to me. Today I received not one but TWO cancelation notices via email. When I called again i was told to return the unit to any t-mobile store. What a surprise...i went to a tmobile store and they REFUSED to take it back and that it had to go to CORPORATE Store. I AM SO OVER IT. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Thanks to Renee at this location who helped we switch to my 5G SIM card. I was having issues, nothing seemed to work, but she spent neatrly an hour on the phone with T Mobile to get this done. When it's time for me to upgrade, I will come to this store and make sure she's working. Wonderful customer service.

I visited the 1050 W Chandler store today and had the pleasure of working with Renee and Shayla. What a team! Renee kept digging to resolve the issue with my SIM card and finally got it working; she wouldn't give up. And Shayla was at the ready with additional suggestions. I will definitely visit this store when I'm ready to upgrade my phone. Thank you, ladies. I had a great customer experience with you today. :-) Susan
