There a was like more than 10 employees in the store talking to each other and having fun! I was like what the heck where is the manager? Whos gona help me or helping other customers!!

My husband loves AE pants. There was no one at the dressing rooms we had to stand around waiting for someone to unlock the door so we can try the clothes on. It was the first time trying this pants on for me so I had to try different styles and wait every time I wanted to try them on for someone to come out from the back. When paying we waited in line like 25 minutes. Worker were just not interested in helping out. They were walking around and just not in a hurry to help. We bought 4 pants and a shirt. I didnt like how the shirt fit so I went back to return it a week later. I was told I could only get my money back if I had the card that was used. I didnt have it was my husbands debit card so I asked for cash since it was a debit card purchase and its been a week since the purchase was made. I was told they can only give me store credit. Or use the actual card I told the girl this was unusual if she was sure she couldnt just give me cash. And someone else told her I could only get store credit my husband and I work different shifts and I dont want to leave him without his debit card just so I can return this. This is very stupid and inconvenient I will get the pants I got for my self and return them as well. I want nothing to do with this store.
