I purchased 5 appliances for a rental property in the Fall of 2023. The Whirlpool dishwasher failed 4 months later. I had a warranty plus it is under a manufacturers warranty. When calling to get repairs made, I was out of state on a project. Home Depot routed me to a 3rd party warranty vendor who said I needed to have the receipt with me or they couldnt process anything. Furthermore, they told me it may take up to 2 visits to get the dishwasher repaired. If there was an alternative to this I would gladly have used it instead of Hone Depot for Flagstaff. From the purchase where they couldnt get the order correct, to this problem with the dishwasher and the warranty, I wish I could give Home Depot negative stars. The only thing Ive learned is to buy the cheaper appliances since apparently price doesnt equate with quality, and do not waste money on a warranty. I dont have this issue with Best Buy or Spencers in Phoenix, so not sure why Home Depot is so lousy.

They don't answer their phones. Ordered $8500 worth of flooring and between Marissa and Becky. Spent a FULL HOUR ON THE PHONES AND HAD TO REPEAT MYSELF ENDLESSLEY. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. NOT WORTH IT. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ANY HOME DEPOT I'VE EVER GONE TO.
