    I cannot say enough how much I love living here. First and foremost the front office is always kind and welcoming. The go way above and beyond what is required of them and it has been an amazing attribute in the midst of this chaotic and vey unempathetic world we live. Thank you for everything.

    Ive lived here for a few months now. I have now been dealing with gnats in my apartment for nearly 2 months. Pest control came and confirmed that there were gnats/fruit flies in the hallways. Since pest control has been here, nothing has gotten better. I asked Tyler to have maintenance come check for leaking pipes, maintenance never showed up. I never received a call to reschedule either. The office is not taking my issues seriously and I am posting this to bring this attention to management because this is unacceptable.

    So I have lived here for a couple years now in two different units, the rent is high in my opinion, the property is nice office staff and maintenance are good but to be completely honest no one (residents) seems to pick up their dog poop, and we have a huge problem with stolen packages. I think these issues would end if the complex (pillar) would actually invest in installing security cameras in all common areas and start charging fees when dog poop is not picked up but we all know that just because average rent is $2k a month and almost 400 units management/owners still feel as if they do not generate enough income to actually invest in the property so they will never install cameras or start using doggy dna because they refuse to spend the money. There is also a major issue with parking lot and building lighting going out and taking forever to fix/replace bulbs if ever. and if Amazon, ups fedex ext would stop leaving packages outside of the main building doors and all over the floor in the mail room and actually brought the packages to our doors or if the office would accept the packages so they where not left on the mail room floor (office refuses to accept packages and makes it very clear they do not accept responsibility for package theft even though it is largely affected by their lack of action to curb the theft) that would help with a lot of the stolen package issues.

Tyler was very helpful and also very understanding with me not ready to move out this very second. He keeps in touch with me and also very responsive to emails. We do everything we can to create a comfortable and pleasant experience for our residents and I apologize if we have fallen short of that, we have certain policies in place for pet owners and packages but sometimes they can be out of our control if drivers/ pet owners are not doing their part.
