I've been a client of Kevin's for about five years now and I'm very happy with how helpful and friendly he's been. My business setup is somewhat unusual and he's always happy to answer questions or offer advice. I've had very little experience with the other accountants in the office but Kevin himself has been great.

We were referred to this group by some friends of ours. Never will I recommend this CPA group. We worked with Chris and he was non-communicative the entire process. Since it was our first time using a CPA to file business taxes we had some general questions. None of them were answered or followed up with. I had to call 2x because he never posted our filings to our portal. So after asking twice, I was finally given our documents needed for our personal taxes. He just didn't do his job. I was shocked at the lack of communication. I would highly be aware of who you let handle your taxes. Additionally, he was open to helping teach us more about our business and how we can save more. He again never has followed up. I will not be coming back.

We needed to find a good tax firm for as our previous person was unresponsive or overloaded... after a search, we called the Johnson CPA Group. The receptionist (Nancy) was fabulous!  With her help, we uploaded all our information and setup a meeting with Michael.  Michael called a day before the meeting to clear up some items needing clarification (otherwise our meeting would need to be rescheduled - respecting both his time and ours).  We did meet the next day and walked out with everything done, explained and viewed on his large screen!  It's been a couple of years since we had this kind of service, and I'm really thrilled with the service we received!  The entire office was professional, organized and friendly!    We highly recommend the Johnson CPA Group!
