RV Awning Company

Used this company to replace our rv awning. BEWARE!!!! had a horrible $1400.00 experience, the awning is too long, so awning arms are to short. they found one to fit but they said they couldn't find another. A month has gone by awning still tied to a palm tree for shade. Chester says he will fix it. Never shows up. Tired of waiting. Now Chester wants to put an electric awning for an additional $900.00!!!! Refuses to take it back and cut it to the correct size. Got angry when we asked for a refund. Dishonest company!!!! And theres a seam right in the middle!!!! They said that's the way the material comes!!! Never seen that before. Please find another company before you too get stung.

I will look for another company next time. I had them replace main awning and install a complete new slide out awning. They failed to meet expectations. Even after they came out a second and third time to complete the work. Poor communications. They show up without calling or appointment. Found tools laying on top of trailer after they finished, not once but twice. I dealt with tears in new canvas and cut to short, poor calking. Cigarette butts in driveway.

Was refered to this company, gave them a call to replace awning fabric and 3 slide outs, cost was very reasonable. Installer was here the next day and completed the job in 3 hours. Installer was very professional, would highly recommend this company.

This is without a doubt a negative review of one star for RV Awning Company Of Arizona. Friday (10-1-2021) I contacted this establishment and spoke with Chester in reference to replacing the awning fabric on my travel trailer. We picked out a color, agreed on a price along with a tentative service date. On Monday (10-4-2021) I received an e-mail of the invoice confirming Friday (10-8-2021) as the date for the work to be completed. I noticed on the e-mail that Chester had my last name spelled wrong even though there are only 5 letters and I spelled it for him twice. He also had my e-mail address wrong even though I had received this invoice at the correct e-mail address. On Wednesday (10-6-2021) I called to confirm my appointment. Chester said they would be definitely be there Friday (10-8-2021) but couldnt tell me if it was morning or afternoon and would give me a call to let me know. I never received a call, and didnt worry about it since I planned to be home all day Friday. First thing Friday morning, I and pulled my travel trailer out of storage which is kind of a pain since I have to move my flatbed trailer to get to it. I waited all day Friday and no one showed up to repair the awning. At 2:30, I called the shop to verify that I was still on the schedule. No one answered, so I left a message. They advise their hours as being open until 6:00 PM. I called again at 5:30 and left a second message and again received no return phone call. At 6:30, I returned my travel trailer to storage once again having to move the flatbed trailer. Definitely frustrating, because I dont need practice backing and moving trailers! I should have read their reviews. I didnt think that 3.9 stars was horrible, but it appears that customer communication is a very big problem for them. I understand schedule changes, but having respect for your customer and letting them know is basic common courtesy. I definitely would not recommend RV Awning Company Of Arizona to anyone.
