Lindsay is hands down the best Realitor I have ever worked with. She is prompt, highly knowledgeable, caring and efficient. She took the time to clarify any questions I had and made sure I understood and felt comfortable with each step of the process. I sold a house for a family friend who was transitioning to assisted living. Time was not on my side as medical and living expenses for my friend continued to mount. Also, a severe housing transaction slowdown was at play as interest rates were rising, (btw this was during the holiday season). Lindsay did a phenomenal job in keeping the ball rolling and getting the property ready to sell. Given her long history as a realtor in the housing market, she knows all the important nuances to focus on, from marketing both locally and regionally, finding contractors to make necessary fixes, and monitoring housing market financial conditions to suggest realistic pricing to get the house sold. As most of the competition was pricing their houses as if 2.5% interest rates still existed, we priced ours for actual 6.5% rates. Even though there were weeks when nothing else was selling we got the house under contract in less than 60 days. Given market conditions at the time this was a phenomenal success. I would recommend Lindsay to anybody. She is fast, thorough, communicates well and is on top of her game. She also helped with suggested resources to help transition my friend to assisted living. Dont look for another realtor, Lindsay has got your back. Btw, those houses priced for 2.5% are still on the market as of this writing, and I have already moved on. Cheers!

I am a former real estate broker and know what a client should expect from their broker. Working with Lindsay was a wonderful experience. I was an out-of-town seller and we have never even met face-to-face. But she took care of everything I needed. I had a challenging property, a rental property that my tenants had trashed. She lined up workers to paint and make repairs. She got me quotes on countertops and carpeting. And she knows the real estate side, offering good advice and knowing the market. Lindsay was always positive and kept me up-to-date on everything. She's a great professional, knows her business, and is a pleasure to work with. I will definitely hire her again should I be looking for real estate in the Phoenix area. And I happily refer friends and family to her.

Lindsay has a bobcat named Bob, Bob lives in her tree and ate her chickens with no remorse. The reason I know this is because Lindsay actually acts like a real person. She will talk to you and not try and treat you like a number only. She responds very quickly and always keeps you informed. When we first bought our house we used someone else, We contacted the same person to sell our house. She said "I can easily sell your house for 305k" and seemed very uniterested. Took forever to reply! I could have watched the whole freaking Marvel cinematic universe before she responded once. The 2nd guy we talked to, really didn't seem to care at all. Said " I think 315k is fair" and honestly we did too. Something about him just rubbed us wrong. Lindsay and Kim came in and said we are gonna sell it for 345k and we will sell it in 2 days. True to her word, it sold in 2 days for even more!! If she can get us 345000 for a house out in the boondocks, Where you routinely hear banjos at night in the distance, Just imagine what she can do for you! Use Lindsay and Kim if you are smart. Otherwise bob might find you. Dont make bob find you.
