Becky (my mom) has listed all of my fix and flip investment properties, and every single one has sold for WAY over asking, within a couple days of being on market, and closed on time. She is super talented at responding to everything that comes up throughout the process in such a forward thinking manner that it's obvious it's been informed from her 24 years of experience as a realtor. I may be her son, but she truly does treat everyone like family.

Becky and Michelle guided us on the purchase of our third home and this was definitely the best experience weve had. We met Becky about 3 years ago when we were vacationing in Arizona and considering a move from Seattle. After returning home from vacation, Becky stayed in touch with us over the years, always checking in and sending Holiday cards. When we finally decided to make the move to Arizona, Becky even helped our family find a rental home. Once we decided to begin searching for a house to buy, Becky brought Michelle into the fold to ensure that we always had someone available to give us access to showings and answer questions. Anytime we had a question during our search, their responses were prompt. Becky and Michelle were also very patient throughout the entire process. At no point did we feel that they were trying to convince us to make an offer so that they could close the sale and move onto the next client. Never having lived in a desert before, we were apprehensive about our lack of knowledge on what to look for in a climate thats quite different from that of Seattle. Michelle always made sure to note where the sun would be rising and also to look for signs of heat damage on the windows. The latter tip saved us from making an offer on a house that would have required all the windows to be replaced once we moved in. We know several people that have moved here recently but dont know anyone in this current market that got their first offer accepted and managed to do it without waiving multiple contingencies and going way over the asking price. So we were pleasantly surprised when our first offer was accepted on our preferred terms. Our success is owed to Becky and Michelles intimate knowledge of the market and industry. When it came time to negotiate after our inspection of the property, Becky and Michelle probably could have relaxed and coasted to closing the sale. Instead, these ladies kept their foot down on the pedal and used every bit of leverage we had to make sure our concerns with the inspection were compensated to our satisfaction. They even kept the pressure on through the final day of closing to ensure the other party kept up their end of our negotiated agreement. Another pleasant surprise was Michelle being present when it was time to sign closing papers so that she could break down the legalese of each form in laymans terms to us. In the past, weve had to try and interpret the implications of every form on our own in the presence of a notary. If we had to go through this process again, we wouldnt hesitate to go with Becky and Michelle. My family and I would strongly recommend them as we felt that they truly believed and worked as if our best interests were their best interests.
