Process was incredibly fast and smooth. The SWBC portal makes it super easy to upload all the files and stay on top of your next steps. Upon completion of the loan, SWBC sends home a packet with all the necessary information (appraisal, Closing Disclosure, Deed, etc) so it's easy to reference. Additionally, the portal makes it very simple to check the balance of the loan, make payments, download EOY documents, etc. To this day, the best and easiest process I've experienced in the mortgage industry. Finally, shout out to Matt and Allie, great team to work with!

Being married to a pilot, we have sold and bought 8 homes for 8 different moves over the last 18 years. This process with Matt & SWBC mortgage has been, without a doubt, the most seamless and efficient loan process we have ever been through. I cannot say enough about how great the communication was every step of the way. Even with purchasing a home during Thanksgiving and while Matt was on vacation, he responded every single time within minutes. The team was so efficient, we were set to close 5 days early! I would highly recommend SWBC and will be using them again in the future.
