Swans Realty & Property Management has managed two units for me: one since 2012 and one since 2017. Ronnie Swan, and his son Terrance, take care of all the needs I have as an out of state property owner. They locate and screen tenants, ensure the property is in good condition for showings, complete background checks, perform before and after inspections and take care of any maintenance issues that occur using their very competent staff. They provide me with monthly owner's statements and my owner's compensation check is always on time.
I could not be more pleased with their professionalism.
