Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever had. FSR waited until they were notified of the sale of our home to send us three violation notices. When we received them we immediately followed up to fix the situation and get in compliance but we can't even get anyone to return our phone calls or emails. I have elevated the issue and still no response. We close on our house next week and I still can't reach anyone. Absolutely ridiculous.

If I could go negative stars- I would. as others have stated here - YOUR SYSTEMS DON'T WORK!!!! You wont answer the phone numbers provided. And now you want late fees because I can't set up automatic payments - NECESSARY- as I travel continuously! I'm going to take this to our attorney now for resolution. Horrific.

Steve Burns is so AMAZING and WONDERFUL! We're closing on our house this Monday, and thanks to Steve, we are even more excited to live in such a great community. Steve has been so fantastic in answering all of our questions quickly and positively. In addition, looking up the schemes for various addresses has helped tremendously in assisting our painters with their estimates and determining the paint credit split between the sellers and us. We really appreciate all of his help and kindness! And look forward to living in our new community with such a wonderful HOA team!
