Very pleased with the staff, it is a great pleasure working with individuals that know what they're doing and truly care. They have made things very easy for us as board members. It is night and day compared to the previous management company.

My (our) experience with our HOA Management Representative has been outstanding. He has been informative, responsive and always looks out for the betterment of our community. Complaints are handled well and always tries to work out any problems before they become bigger issues. So, all I can say is keep up the good work and we will work together!!

I sit on the board for one of the communities Legacy Community Partners manage. I have heard from many, many the difference in the prior management company and Legacy. It is like night and day. It is a true please to live in this very beautiful community that is so well run. The Legacy staff, each and every one have been not only professional but kind and VERY knowledgeable. I consider my self very fortunate to be able to work along side of them.

Lagacy is our HOA management company. They provide answers to our questions almost immediately, has saved us monies, staff is second to none. Can't ask for a better company to represent out HOA Vista Villas.
