I used to live here apartment was not cleaned when I moved in was charged full deposit for an apartment that was not ready, upon moving in found out the place was infested with bedbugs, mind you I had brand new furniture that I moved into this place, thinking that it was ready from the images that I was shown. A woman named Alma was the manager at the time very evil woman. She would be inside of my apartment while I was gone for no reason mind you my rent was paid on time. No repairs were needed at the time, until when I needed her to treat the bedbug problem that she refused to take care of. Showed her receipts of my items being brand new, so at this point she continued to harass me. I broke my lease moved.Still paid and went to speak with her about getting my deposit back. She attacked me by scratching my hand, filed a report on her. A year later, I get a letter saying that the company was suing me for the infestation that this lady put on my credit report at the time do not move here, they have a bad infection bug infection drug community not safe for children. I literally lived right in front of playground that was not a playground because of all the people living outside near the playground. I do not recommend, and this was way overdue. do not go by the images that are on the website thats how they bait and hook you.

Terrible place, for 10 days a guy who is dedicated to doing maintenance did everything possible to have a neighbor removed and he did it and I always realize that this guy keeps taking one side of apartments 6052 and he and others stay guys who do maintenance in the apartments, we let the manager know about this and he never does anything and this guy is bothering the people in the apartment, they should fire that guy or remove the maintenance charge from him because he is a drunk!!!!! !!!!! Terrible place, it does not even have a general office, it does not have a manager in the current apartments, very bad and apart from the bunch of drunks who, according to what they do, do maintenance all residents should file a complaint

My husband and I have been living here since December of 2017. For the most part living here has been a wonderful experience. When we first moved here we needed two bedrooms because my then 17 year old daughter moved with us. Now we are empty nester's and a two bedroom is a little silly for us to have. However, the rental market is not offering a workable solution. Due to the pandemic the entire complex (and this is an assumption) did not sign new leases. We stayed month to month, we wanted to move but could not find a place. The Stadio team told us that we would have to move or move into one of the remodeled units...BUT at the new remodeled price. I am a disabled Veteran, we live on my disability. My husband is also disabled, but we are Still working on SSI/SSD paperwork (year #3). After careful consideration, and the fact that the one bedrooms out in the market were about the same price they were asking us to move into a remodeled unit at... in a neighborhood we know, and mostly love, lol. Well, in the long run, (even though we will never see the light of day again, lol) we will not be homeless. I know other tenants have had issues, we have as well. But we have a home where we can cook in, have friends over at, and enjoy each other's company in. How many people in this world, wish they could say the same? How many mother's and father's weep, in the front seats of their cars while their children sleep in the back every night? So while you're complaining about how BAD the mold problem was, or the professionalism of the maintenance team, or the timelyness of the repairs. Think back and remember and say I AM GRATEFUL that I HAD A HOME. For that I am truly grateful. We have now moved out of Stadio and I have to say that it was indeed probably one of the best places we have ever lived. It wasn't always the quietest, but it was indeed the easiest place that we have ever lived. We didn't have any problems with our neighbors, or the staff of the complex. Our maintenance issues were addressed in a timely manner once the manager was replaced. I think that once management was changed we had better success with things getting done. It is with regret that we are moving, but for those of you who are looking for a beautiful place to live... this is a beautiful place; with wonderful staff to work with. Thank you to all of you for a beautiful 5.5 years

Rude unfair white Mid 40s or 50s male that identified himself as management asked my daughter to remove her 20 ft Rv that had been prior parked on street for about a month forced to move off property and accused of living in it when she had it parked close to continue be close enough to move her stuff out into it. Got threatened with a eviction. Do not waste your time moving here. Been here for 5 year's. New management sucks!
