Reserve at Arrowhead Apartments

Applied to live here. Everything is done online with $75 per person application fee. Apparently we were declined. Was told we would get a email explaining this and it would be sent Tuesday. Here it is wed and still waiting. Thankfully Latrice in office called to tell us why and about email. Since when I was inquiring status no one returned my emails or texts. Seems this is also same company the the AG investigated on raising rents . Don't rent here

(Edited after 2 years) So to start out with the office is really nice, and so is maintenance. I really enjoyed the people we worked with while we were there. The maintenance is amazing, but the fact that I know they are amazing is the problem. In our short two years there, our fridge broke 3 times, our ac broke SO MANY times, the oven broke, the sliding door in our master bedroom broke and during our first week there, the door handle on our apartment broke. Security was AWESOME our first year there, they had a person there every night in a car, but our second year it took a bit of a turn and I never saw the security car anymore. I got my airpods stolen out of my apartment, and my temporary license plate got stolen off my car. There was people who obviously were not residents coming every night during the summer, and sneaking in the gates and going to the pool because the gate was broken to the pool. The front gates were open a lot of the time despite supposedly needing a code. The area around the complex got a bit dangerous at night while we were there. There are also kids that are always breaking things, like the various light posts around the complex. A lot of dogs go around without leashes, my dog got attacked twice.

I just moved in here. But so far Fatima in the office has been so wonderful and very helpful. Everything has gone so smooth from the start. The office has been very friendly. Maintenance respond very quickly and I love the area.

I lived here for 2 years and I do not recommend anyone staying here as the management will squeeze a lot of money after you even move out, for the WALL PLUG that was damaged before the time of move in. The maintenance does not know what they are doing, takes forever to fix or install any issue. They never gave my referral money. There was a water leakage in the master bathroom, took one month to fix it, the maintenance team is so careless that the water entered into my closet. There is no food disposable at the kitchen sink. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY WITH THIS MANAGEMENT.
