        Been dealing with them for about a week now for my dad. They claimed that they could not process a payment but after proving that there was never any attempt to make payment their only response was he has to pay almost $200 above what his rate was. No accountability no help and no resolution.

        Not bad insurance but this place sucks they like to put you on hold and hang up on you and when you decide to call back they just decline the call because they know Im calling back they need to hire new workers or train them better
