        I had to find a new agent because the previous one with a similar name was apparently out of business as he did not answer calls.  Scott was superb.  He thought of ways to help retain our insurance while we could take time to explore options for changing coverage.  He has two additional associates who make sure calls are answered and concerns responded to.
