        Came in to pickup some oil and a filter. The guys seemed nice but didnt want to run my purchase through a commercial account and I was told it was closed until tomorrow. Ive used that account for years any time any day, just a little ridiculous imo

        Pretty disappointed. My duralast platinum battery was still under warranty. The battery died and my vehicle would not start. They told me the battery was still good and it was probably my starter. They did not honor the warranty which is understandable because they checked the battery and said it was still good. I ended up purchasing another battery, installed it and sure enough my vehicle started right up. Maybe the battery I returned was bad or defective. No it was not the starter. I know when a battery is dead.
