        Awful bank, they just dont care. Went to bank to get rid of the $4.00 paper charge every month. Also Wanted to get 2 CDs also. They didnt have my additional info because of an update. They couldnt or wouldnt help me so Im taking my money out of saving account and working on closing every thing else.

        Even though this bank claimed online to be a partner bank with ours, the atm kept our cars when we used it to try and pull out cash; claiming it always an "unauthorized transaction". When we confronted the front desk staff about this, they did not seem to care at all about the fact that this miscommunication on their part, and basically told us "deal with it". I have never met a more unhelpful and apathetic bank staff, and I work in banking. I would advise everyone to avoid this bank.
