        I had the worst customer service experience ever with Epic wings there manager just answers there phone with no manners. I Didnt know who I was calling the manager just said hello and hung up on me a few times and when I called back he said The stores name and he told me are you happy now. I dont even want to go back there I felt disappointed and disrespected. I would never refer this place to anyone ever due to bad customer service you guys definitely loss me as a customer. I am definitely calling the hire up to get this manager either more training on how to talk to customers with respect and anger management. Or he needs to get fired

Your service experience will always be outstanding, they do it right every time at any of their locations. Parking: Easy parking can be busy around the restaurant but there's parking at all locations. Kid-friendliness: It's a great place for families & kids.

      I do apologize for your experience. My name is Dan. I am the general manager of the store. This review was written at 6:55pm on 4/3/2024. If you wrote this review on the evening of your experience, the manager on duty was Luis. He and I spoke about this incident. He said he DID make the mistake of answering his own personal cell phone like he answers all his personal calls. He forgot he had call forwarding on, which we all do as managers to make sure we don't miss calls while we are in the kitchen. He apologized for this simple mistake. At the time of your call, he was taking an order and should have, after answering the phone professionally and identifying our business, placed you on a brief hold until he was finished with the in-person guest, then proceeded to help you.Reviewing video footage (no audio) has me seeing no moments when he appeared upset or angry, so I do not understand why anger management was mentioned. He is a great employee who earned his promotion into management, but of course continues to learn. Again, please accept our apologies. No disrespect or disappointment was ever intended.
