American Family has been a part of our family for 26 years. They have been an outstanding agency that offers great coverage and value. Rick and his team stay in the background when we don't need them and are incredibly responsive when we do. I was with American Family Insurance for many years. I switched to a different insurance company with slightly lower rates, and after 1 year switched back to American Family. The slightly higher rates are well worth the customer service you receive. At Rick Tovar's office, I have the pleasure of having all of my customer service needs met by Roberta Ryan. She has been with AmFam for many years and really knows her stuff. If she can't handle my needs immediately, they are met well within 24 hours. I won't be leaving AmFam again.
