        If I could give this agent a 0 I would. This branch is not somewhere you want to be a customer let alone work for. As a consumer I can say that the policy amount was being deducted automatically at a higher price than agreed on. As a family member of an employee: why do employees have to remind Harold Bliss that they need to be paid? In the insurance field specially with a reputable company I would want to feel at ease as a consumer and a employee! Harold you need to be a better leader, if you can't then stop hurting farmers insurance reputation.
