Tom has been my agent for 17 years . I guess it's a good thing that we never talk. meaning I don't have to put in a claim. I know that insurance agents make money off the policy that they sell. Tom has always been great the few times we have spoken.

I love having Allstate ,Tom hessler is great. We know him personally and he is available whenever we need him. On the corner of Dysart and camelback in the Litchfield park community is where you will find him and his team.

Tom and his team provide exceptional customer service. Tom himself went above and beyond to help my teenager daughter who was stranded when her car broke down. Every time I call they are very helpful And sometimes when I send an email I get a phone call from him or his team to confirm that they have taken care of my request.
